Green Smoothie Recipes For All Of Us
Throughout this site you will see my reviews on different green smoothie recipes used to make smoothies and other types of green drinks. I am passionate about getting A LOT more vegetables into the lives of people. Eating more vegetables is important because they give us greater and better health. Vegetables have dense amounts of nutrition, keep us clean from the inside out, and sustain better energy levels. Also, because they are complex nutrition sources, they support brain function, slow down the affects of aging and lower the chances of getting a wide variety of diseases (heart, cancer and auto-immune diseases.)
